Use Halloween to share your faith
Halloween and Fall Festivals are a great time to share your faith that isn't scary! Use these flyers to encourage your church to make the most of it.

Halloween is a fantastic time for outreach and many churches make the most of it with Trunk or Treat, a Fall Festival and similar outreach activities.

In addition to that, it can also be a great time to encourage your people to invite their friends to these events. To do that, I did up a flyer or bulletin insert that encourages your congregation to use this time of year and the events of your church as a great time to share their faith. Below are images of the flyer, a podcast that I did for it, and below that the text of the flyer you can use in whatever way you want.

Successful Seasonal Strategies for Halloween and Fall outreach

This video builds on the basic course Successful Seasonal Strategies with specific resources and strategies for Halloween and Fall Festivals.

Though there are many things about this time of year that are offensive to many Christians, it is a fantastic time for outreach and not only because it provides a time to give away free candy and keep kids out of trouble, but because with its emphasis on death and the afterlife it is a great time to introduce people to the ONE individual who conquered death and is alive and that is Jesus. This video gives you ideas on how to make the most of this and outreach to your community with links to FREE templates you can use Before, During, and After your event.

How to take what is evil about Halloween and turn it into a reason to share about Jesus!

Lots of churches don't do outreach events at Halloween because they think they are sinful--but this brief video shows you how the very things that make Halloween sinful and repulsive to many church people--the focus on death, the supernatural and similar things are what make Halloween a PERFECT time for outreach.

We can use these topics and the interest people have in them as bridges to conversations about Jesus. The video here shows you how the Apostle Paul did that and how we can use this time of year to do it in our communities.

Halloween can be a great time for outreach--here are free resources that can help.

Though there are many things we may not like about Halloween as Christians, people are thinking about death at this time and it is a great opportunity to take the interest already created in the topic to share with them, or at least to get them to think about the only person who conquered death--Jesus.

Sometimes we hesitate to share our faith--but the reality of someone who doesn't come to know Jesus is far worst than the most terrifying Halloween horror.
